Insomnia Treats – A loyalty app for Insomnia Coffee Company customers to earn rewards, treats and order and pay on your phone.
Pain Points
The UI design suffers from several pain points, including an outdated look that requires modernization. Furthermore, the navigation system is cumbersome and hinders a seamless user experience due to its complexity. Additionally, users are unable to quickly access critical features such as “pay and treats,” which indicates a need for improvement in providing convenient and efficient access options. Lastly, the absence of personalization options leads to a generic interface that may not resonate with individual preferences or needs.

App Flow
Below is a ideal path user will take in the application to complete the UI for the first time. App/User flows allow intuitive design products, present the correct information to users at the right time, and allow users to complete desired tasks in as few steps as possible. As this is a new UI for users, onboarding screen will be presented to the user only once so show off the new features.
