Venturebeam connects global high impact entrepreneurs with smart capital. Delivering the best access, analysis and swift deal completion. The goal of this project is to improve this experience for venture investing which remains highly fragmented, siloed, often painstakingly antiquated, inaccessible and inefficient.
Creating a Minimum Valuable Experience

Ultimately, it’s all about knowing your audience, what language and messages resonate with them, and the tactics, triggers, and touchpoints that move to action. To do this quickly and efficiently, the A.C.T. framework boils down the three main components: Touchpoints, Audience, Communication.
Audience
- Who are we speaking to?: Professional investors, entrepreneurs, and impact-driven companies seeking to make a positive difference for People and Planet.
- What do they want/need/use when seeking transformation?: Access to high-potential start-up’s and scale-ups, streamlined deal-making, and a platform that supports their impact-driven goals.
- What do they search for when looking for what we provide?: A platform that connects them with entrepreneurs and companies making a significant impact, and provides a seamless way to raise funds, manage investments, and track progress.

The strategy to focus on, not retail deal flows, but professional private deal syndications as a new platform feature, will be the focus here.
Create a Private Deal
Below this shows how to create a private deal, as a deal owner (Penta – sponsor company), for a high-quality company, Recharge (Fundraiser Company). After agreeing to the deal terms you’ll see a deal page in edit mode. Finally you’ll see how a private invitation is sent to the Fundraiser Company to accept the terms as shown in step 5.

Followed by the deal owner (Penta) managing a private offers (on Recharge) for the first time and invites investors to join.

In the Figma prototype below it shows step 6, live deals, a list of private deals invites sent to a (Chain Ltd) investor. Click on Recharge to see the live deal page and invest and withdraw the deal.

Design System
Design Tokens in this system can be in three parts: Seed (Global, Base, Primitive), Map (Semantic) and Alias (Component) Token. These three groups of Tokens are not simple groupings, but a three-layer derivation relationship. Map Tokens are derived from Seed Tokens and Alias Tokens are derived from Map Tokens. This structure empowers designers and developers to make global or component-specific changes. Also variables help scale a growing design system and make managing a design system more efficient.





With its design tokens, Venturebeam can ensure consistency and scalability across its platform, allowing for continuous improvement and iteration.
Conclusion
Ultimately, the goal of the Venturebeam project is to create a platform that empowers professional investors, entrepreneurs, and impact-driven companies to make a positive difference by investing in high-potential startups and scale-ups. By using the ACT Framework you can better understand your audience, how they communicate and your touchpoints. With that you can then build Success. ACT + Value Prop + MVE = Success

As of the time of writing this product was still in development, so there is no success metrics to report of as yet. Although, Venturebeam have now merged with a company that have licences will enable them to scale and enter in the secondary market. This touchpoint is poised to significantly enhance their ROI and set us on the path to long-term success.
